Cancellation & Returns For the Republic of Ireland , Northern Ireland & The United Kingdom

Order can be cancelled within 7 days of receipt under distance selling regulation once certain criteria has been adhered to .

1. Goods Returned Under D.S.R. legislation must be returned within 15 days of notification that you wish to cancel your order .

2. You must notify of your intention to return within 7 days of receipt by sending an email to orders@techdirect.ie

3. Goods must be returned unopened and in original packaging. **

4. Special Order or Custom Items Cannot be returned.

5. Certain product are not covered by this returns legislation ie software , licences , etc..

6. The cost of returning the item must be paid by the customer making the return.

7. It is the reasponsibiliy of of the customer to return the product and the cost of damaged goods is the customers reasponsibility until the item has been signed for by the Techdirect.ie Returns Manager.

8. Credits/Refunds will be made by the original method of payment used to make the purchase and within 14 days from receipt of the returned item.

9. Business & Commercial Customers are not covered under the distance legislation and must refer to their terms and conditions.

10. A Valid RMA Must be Included With Any Return ot The Return May Be Refused . 

11. Always Contact orders@techdirect.ie before returning any parcel

12. Orders Refused When Delivered Are Subject to a Restocking Charge.

** Goods Returned in damaged packaging or in unsaleable as new condition may be refused or subjected to a restocking charge
